Stay In Your Zone

Climate hardiness zones are an important way of classifying plants according to their ability to tolerate the cold and other climatic conditions in a specific geographic area. Each zone indicates the lowest temperature that a particular species of plant can withstand without injury. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has created a map of the United States that divides it into 11 hardiness zones. We've included their map below to locate where your zone is and use it to determine which plants will thrive in your area.
